| I've Loved You So Long Kristin Scott Thomas offers a truly sensational performance in this utterly engrossing and deeply moving tale of two sisters who rebuild their relationship after fifteen years apart. The two women gradually rediscover common ground as they share memories of their childhood, long repressed family secrets and shocking revelations fill this superb drama with edge-of-your-seat tension. This award winning film is a testament to the power of a mother’s love and forgiveness. In cinemas 26 September |

| Jean-Luc
Godard Boxset Vol. 1
Cinema's original enfant terrible, one of the
leaders of the French New Wave, a key influence on the
American cinema of the 1970s and one of the few true auteurs
still making movies: Jean-Luc Godard
is all of these and more. A maverick force from the beginning, when his
debut film A Bout de Souffle (1959)
tore up the cinematic rulebook, Godard has continued to inspire and
challenge moviegoers throughout a career that spans
more than four decades.

| Jean-Luc
Godard Boxset Vol. 2
The films in the second volume of Optimum Home Entertainment's boxset
cover the early part of Godard's career when,
newly married to Anna Karina, he cemented his growing reputation,
firstly with films such as the delightful romantic
comedy Une Femme est Une Femme (1961) and then with
Le Petit Soldat (1963),
Pierrot le fou (1965) and La Chinoise
(1967), works that demonstrated his newly
politicised form of thinking. 1985's Detective, the
final film in this set, is an entertaining genre satire
that marked a return to critical and commercial favour for the maverick
auteur.
