From Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 November 2011, the Institut français in London will be staging the 14th annual South Ken Kids Festival devoted to children's literature. Four whole days of fun with workshops, drawing duels, author talks, films, theatre... and lots more!

What a line-up we have this year! All your favourite illustrators will be there, such as Quentin Blake, David McKee, Kitty Crowther, Axel Sheffler, Lauren Child, Marc Boutavant, Sara Fanelli, and more! You will also have a chance to see them draw, and even have a workshop with them.

In addition to the workshops, the festival will be an opportunity for you to discover something you might not know: drawing duels! This live drawing session, in which a British and a French illustrators make their drawings interact (think of the Gruffalo playing with 365 penguins, for example!), will delight and amaze children of all ages.

Make sure to check out our programme for details of all our amazing events, and don't forget to have your books signed!
