Biography
Hannah Shaw, illustrator of The Sleep Sheep, is from a large family of sprout-munching vegetarians. She spent her formative years trying to be good at everything from rollerskating to gymnastics. Hannah studied a degree in illustration at the University of Brighton and, inspired by her love of animals, wrote and illustrated her first picture book Evil Weasel which won the Cambridgeshire Children's Picture book award 2009. Since then she has illustrated a number of critically acclaimed animal inspired picture books.
