Schools

We are dedicated to helping children in French and British schools learn and discover new things. Unfortunately, all of our workshops in schools are fully booked this year, but you can try again next year! In the meantime, there are still some places left for our delightful special events for schools but hurry - they're selling fast!

Workshops in your school

schools workshops

Schools in London get a special treat, for they have the opportunity to book a workshop with their favorite illustrator! The artist will come to the school, on either Thursday or Friday (November 24 or 25) and draw with the students, explain the creative process and broaden the horizons of the pupils. This educational opportunity could be of great interest to your students, and could give your teachers some ideas for fun things to do in the classroom.

Representing the English this year: Viviane Schwarz, Polly Dunbar, Hannah Shaw, Axel Scheffler and Chris Haughton, while Kitty Crowther, Olivier Tallec, Stephanie Blake, Marc Boutavant, Joelle Jolivet and Julien Neel will all be joining us from across the Channel.

  • The authors/illustrators will run a maximum of 4 workshops a day.
  • Each workshop will be limited to 30 children.
  • The authors will be paid directly by the schools, in accordance with the tariff for authors of children's books (£320 full day, £195 half day).
