Cinema Rediscovered on Tour

Classics, Festivals & Series

Ciné Lumière is delighted to team up with Watershed Bristol for the 5th edition of Cinema Rediscovered on Tour, an annual festival showcasing brand new restorations, contemporary classics and film print rarities. To celebrate the return of the big screen experience, Ciné Lumière will host the London premiere of two new restorations, Melvin Van Peebles’ little known nouvelle vague infused debut feature The Story of a Three-Day Pass (1967) shot in Paris and adapted from his book La Permission, as well as the new restoration of Claire Denis’ sumptuous and ever-important 1999 film Beau Travail.
