On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the death of legendary singer Jacques Brel, see two mythical concerts – Brel in Knokke-Le-Zoute in 1963 and his Farewell to the Olympia in 1966 – in a tribute to the universally recognised talent and exceptional charisma and presence of the man who offered to the world songs like Ne me quitte pas or Quand on n’a que l’amour. This is a rare occasion to watch the restored footage of key moments in his career on the big screen.
Preceded by a conversation between French Ambassador Jean-Pierre Jouyet and journalist Jeremy Allen (BBC, The Quietus, The Guardian)
