Opening at last year’s Berlin festival, this biopic of the legendary jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt, zones in on Paris during World War 2, and along the way takes an unusual look at the plight of the French Romani gypsy population in Nazi-occupied France. The film features a great score performed by The Rosenberg Trio.
