In this sequel to Le Mystère de la chambre jaune, Mathilde and her husband Robert, now newly married, are honeymooning at the Château d’Hercule, a resort owned by their friends Edith and Arthur. But an unpleasant surprise lies in store for them: Mathilde’s would-be assassin is back.
