Meet famous Franco-British actor, singer and song-writer Jane Birkin in a special conversation with writer Alastair McKay ahead of her concert at the Barbican Centre on 9 July.

Don’t miss this rare occasion to listen to her talking about her musical career, from her debut with Serge Gainsbourg to her latest album Oh! Pardon tu dormais… created with the complicity of Jean-Louis Piérot and French pop legend Étienne Daho.

She will also discuss Jane by Charlotte, a delicate portrait directed by her daughter Charlotte Gainsbourg.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Jane Birkin can no longer attend this event, which is therefore cancelled. We apologise for the inconvenience and invite you to contact the box-office (box.office@institut-francais.org.uk / 020 7871 3515) for any enquiry.

Her concert on 9 July at the Barbican is maintained
