Flowers for Bees

Panel discussion

Their food and habitat are disappearing fast, and so are the bees. And if bees disappear forever that’s bad news for all of us. Starting from this alarming observation, the French observatory of apidology, the OFA, launched the Flowers for Bees initiative, involving individuals and schools to sow seeds in gardens, flower pots, in window boxes, in order to save the bees. Meet Thierry Dufresne, president of the OFA, and photographer Eric Tourneret, author of Les Routes du miel, who will discuss ways to change the critical situation of honeybees.
