- Objectives
Discuss a variety of topics and expand your vocabulary to better understand the different aspects of women’s rights, feminism and the place of women in contemporary society, and improve your language skills.
- Learning approach
You will read extracts from books, press articles, listen to podcasts/interviews or debates and write essays on different subjects. You will also be encouraged to share your experience or knowledge. Occasional revision of grammar as required or requested.

Book and radio excerpts, videos, articles, TV and films, adverts etc… provided by your tutor.
- Tutor
Louise Wagner has a degree in international and European law from the university of Aix-Marseille and specialises in human rights and humanitarian law. She also has experience of teaching French as a foreign language.

Our students often round up their learning journey with a Culture and Society course or a standard course.
