Click & Collect

In line with the latest government decisions, the on-site activities of the Institut francais have now been suspended, which means that the Library Click & Collect service is currently not available.

Until then, we’re always open online:
+ visit Culturethèque to access a wide range of digital content for free.
+ access online newspapers and magazines free of charge on Europresse.

Please note that it is not possible to return items while the Institut is closed. However, all items have been extended so you may simply hold on to them until we reopen.

How does it work?

  1. Select and order documents online
Browse the Médiathèque’s online catalogue to find the documents you wish to borrow and reserve them via your library account. See our tutorial below (if you need help, write to:

  3. Wait for your order to be ready
You will be notified by email when your order is available and how to pick it up.

  5. Collect / return your documents in the Institut’s foyer
A secured access has been set up and quarantining and cleaning measures for returned documents is in place before they are reused. Bring your membership card and your own bags to collect your documents. When returning documents make sure you have all the borrowed items with you and leave them in the provided return boxes.
