Click & Collect

The Library Click & Collect service remains open until Saturday 15 May. This simple and contactless service allows to order items from the catalogue online and pick them up at Bibliothèque Quentin Blake on Wed and Sat (1.30pm-6pm).

NEW: the collection is organised at our Children’s Library, the Bibliothèque Quentin Blake, just around the corner (32 Harrington Road)

NEW: a new online catalogue freshly revamped!

Please note that all subscriptions to our Membership issued from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2020 are automatically extended for 6 months.

How does it work?

  1. Select and order documents online
    Browse the Médiathèque’s online catalogue to find the documents you wish to borrow and reserve them via your library account. See our tutorial below (if you need help, write to: library@institut-francais.org.uk).

  3. Wait for your order to be ready
    You will be notified by email when your order is available and how to pick it up.
  4.  

  5. Collect / return your documents at Bibliothèque Quentin Blake (32 Harrington Road, London SW7 3ES)
    A secured access has been set up and quarantining and cleaning measures for returned documents is in place before they are reused. Bring your membership card and your own bags to collect your documents. When returning documents make sure you have all the borrowed items with you and leave them in the provided return boxes.
