The Diaphonique artistic committee has selected eight laureate projects as part of its 2025 call for projects. Led by the Institut français du Royaume-Uni and its partners, the programme supports contemporary music creation and collaboration between France, the UK and Ireland.

Created in 2010, Diaphonique is a trilateral fund dedicated to fostering cooperation in contemporary and experimental classical music. Every year, it supports projects led by artists and organisations from all three countries, encompassing new commissions, residencies, tours and joint artistic ventures. Diaphonique aims to strengthen innovative collaborations and build lasting connections between European music scenes.

The 2025 edition reflects the vibrancy of today’s experimental scenes, blending contemporary music, performance, sound theatre, archives, improvisation and transdisciplinary practices. It highlights many hybrid and independent projects and reaffirms the programme’s international and forward-thinking outlook.
