Disabled Access at the Cultural Centre (Ciné Lumière, Library)
Please note that the lift from the ground floor to the first and second floors is out of order. We apologise for the inconvenience.

There is a lift operating for step-free access from the ground floor (foyer/reception) to the lower ground floor (Ciné Lumière II). 

Ciné Lumière II is equipped with a wireless audio system that delivers both Hearing Impaired (HI), and Visually Impaired Narration (VI) on compatible films.
