TCF IRN (Intégration, Résidence et Nationalité)
The TCF IRN is for any foreigner over 16 years of age who wishes to validate their level of French for an application for French nationality (level B1), an application for a long-term resident’s card (level A2), validation of the A1 level as part of the OFII citizenship programme.

The TCF IRN is composed of 4 compulsory sections assessing skills in French as a general language

You will receive the results and the certificate by email 3 to 4 weeks after the test. If you have reached the level B1, you will be able to start filling your application for the French nationality.
