Glimmers

Isabel’s life takes an unexpected turn the day her daughter Madalen asks her to pay regular visits to Ramón, her ex-husband, who is ill. After fifteen years apart, even though they were family for years, Isabel sees him as a stranger and begins to rekindle resentments she thought she had overcome. Pilar Palomero’s Glimmers is a poignant and thought-provoking film about a woman learning to see her past and failures in a different way by accepting to accompany Ramón at his most vulnerable time.
