Choix Goncourt UK

On 22 March, 30 students from 15 British universities will award their own Goncourt Prize among the shortlisted authors of the prestigious Académie Goncourt:

  • Triste Tigre by Neige Sinno (POL)
  • Sarah, Susanne et l’écrivain by Eric Reinhardt (Gallimard)
  • Humus by Gaspard Koenig (L’Observatoire)
  • Veiller sur elle by Jean-Baptiste Andréa (L’Iconoclaste)

Stay tuned for the winner’s announcement on 22 March with Michèle Roberts, president of the jury, Brigitte Giraud, Choix Goncourt UK 2023 and Camille Laurens, member of the Académie Goncourt.

 

The project is a collaboration between the Higher Education, Research and Innovation Department at the French Embassy, the Maison Française d’Oxford, the Institut français du Royaume-Uni and the French bookshop La Page with the support of the Académie Goncourt.
