Presented by EUNIC London, In Short, Europe returns with a luminous 7th edition showcasing the best of European short cinema. Under the theme “Opening Doors”, 19 short films embrace diversity, inclusion and access, journeying from Romania to Scotland, from the Faroe Islands to Flanders, and to France with Florence Miailhe’s Butterfly, a beautifully gripping animation of a man’s memories resurfacing, childhood, joy and trauma, all connected to water as he takes his last swim. Curated by Lillian Crawford, this two-day festival invites you to cross thresholds, discover new voices and see the continent anew.
