Marie Darrieussecq On Tour

Following the recent publication of her latest novel, Sleepless (Fitzcarraldo, 2023), Marie Darrieussecq goes on tour across the UK.  In Sleepless, she recounts with her inimitable humour her own experiences of sleeplessness alongside those of fellow insomniacs, mostly writers – ‘as if writing were not sleeping‘ – Ovid, Marcel Proust, Virginia Woolf, Marguerite Duras, Franz Kafka, Georges Perec and others.
