Meet Nina Six at Librairie La Page

Librairie La Page and the General Representation of Wallonia-Brussels are delighted to present Nina Six’s latest graphic novel La sorcière de Londres (éd. Sarbacane, 2025).

Nina Six brings back to the forefront forgotten author Stella Benson and her main character Sarah Brown, whose daily life in wartime becomes shaken up by a whimsical witch in her novel Living Alone published in 1919.

Nina Six’s delicate drawings and enchanting colours match to perfection Stella Benson’s magical realist novel. The conversation will explore Stella Benson’s life and her contribution to 20th century English literature, as well as themes of sorority and female representation in fiction.
