The first International Language Assistants’ Day is taking place on 7 December
Initiated by France Education International, the International Language Assistants’ Day aims to put the spotlight on the language assistants’ programme around the world.
With 290 French Teaching Assistants in UK schools and 362 British Assistants in French schools in 2023, the UK is the 2nd partner country for France and has been the first country to set language assistants exchanges with France in 1905.
