She attended a roundtable discussion this morning at Kenwood House with Sir Chris Bryant, Minister of State at the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, René Olivieri, Chair of the National Trust for England, Philip Long, Chief Executive of the National Trust for Scotland, Lord Lemos, Chair of the English Heritage Board of Trustees, Marie Lavandier, President of the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, Philippe Bélaval, Former President of the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, Laurence des Cars, President of the Musée du Louvre, Christophe Leribault, President of the Etablissement public du Château de Versailles, Anissia Morel, Cultural Counsellor of the French Embassy and director of the Institut français du Royaume-Uni and Anne Duncan, British Council Director for France.
The discussion was followed by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Heritage between France and the UK.
