Ari, a 27-year-old trainee teacher in Lille, feels overwhelmed by a life he can no longer manage. The visit of a school inspector drives him to a breaking point, forcing him to face his own fragility. Cut off and adrift, he turns hesitantly back to childhood friends in search of connection.

In her new film, presented in competition at the Berlin Film Festival, Léonor Serraille (Jeune femme, Mother and Son) explores vulnerability with remarkable sensitivity, humanity and hope.
