All About Corinne

Corinne Maclou (Isabelle Huppert) has worked as an extra on film sets for years. She dreams of being recognised and making it as an actor one day. As she tirelessly and annoyingly distributes her CV everywhere, she maintains the hope of a breakthrough. When she meets famous actress Sandrine Kiberlain, whom she befriends, Corinne hopes to achieve her goal. But will she be welcomed into the respectable family of French cinema? In this exhilarating comedy reflecting on the world of actors and of cinema and theatre, Marc Fitoussi (Copacabana) takes us on a ride to an imagined backstage of plays and films.
