Blackbird Blackbird Blackberry

Blackbird Blackbird Blackberry tells the story of Etero, a 48-year-old shopkeeper in a remote Georgian village, played by Eka Chavleishvii in a wonderful award-winning performance. After surviving a near-death experience while picking blackberries, she unexpectedly experiences a personal awakening and develops an unexpected connection with a local delivery driver.

Premiered in the Cannes Film Festival in 2023, the film is based on the 2020 novel by Tamta Melashvili, and has received much critical acclaim.
