Our May session will be a very special one as 2017 Goncourt Prize-winning author Eric Vuillard will come to London to meet his readers and speak about his gripping novel The Order of the Day. In this book, he tells the story of the pivotal meetings between the European powers in the run-up to World War Two. It shows the tragic way of how the actions of a few powerful men brought the world to the chaos.
