Ciné Lumière teams up with the Association Française du Cinéma d’Animation to celebrate the 24th Fête du Cinéma d’Animation.
We will set off the journey with a 4K restoration of cult animation The Time Masters by visionary science-fiction animator René Laloux. There will also be some stop animation workshop on the go for budding animators following a screening of Michel Gondry’s Maya Give me a Title. Do not miss the preview of Little Amélie inspired by Amélie Nothomb’s bestseller about her childhood, the new release of Night of the Zoopocalypse that will give you thrills for Halloween or the programme of short animations.
And icing on the cake, during the whole celebration, many of our regular screenings will be preceded by a short animation film.
